The project required a professional, trustworthy website that clearly communicates services, builds credibility with local customers, and provides seamless pathways for service enquiries and appointment booking.
Case Study
The primary objectives were to establish a professional online presence, clearly showcase services (plumbing repairs, maintenance, gas fitting), build trust through customer testimonials and credentials, provide multiple contact pathways, and ensure excellent mobile performance for users searching on-site.
We conducted competitive analysis of local service providers and identified key decision factors for customers: service coverage, response times, customer reviews, and ease of contact. The website architecture was designed to address each of these considerations directly and obviously.
The site structure was organized around user questions: What services are offered? What areas are covered? How quickly can you respond? Are you licensed and trustworthy? Contact information was positioned prominently on every page, with multiple contact methods available.
The design focuses on professionalism and clarity. Clean typography, structured layouts, and organized content sections create a sense of reliability and competence. The color scheme uses professional neutrals with accent colors that draw attention to key calls-to-action and service categories.
The website includes service booking integration, customer testimonial sections, service area maps, and an extensive FAQ section. All interactive elements were designed for clarity and ease of use, particularly on mobile devices where many local service searches occur.
