Terms of Service

1. Services

Factory Black provides brand identity, digital presence, and launch services as described in our service blueprints. All work is subject to the scope agreed upon in your quote.

2. Payment

Payment is required upfront before work begins. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Quotes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is 3 weeks from payment confirmation. Timelines may vary based on project scope and complexity. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for your project. Factory Black retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

Each blueprint includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your quote. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us to discuss resolution options.

7. Limitation of Liability

Factory Black's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
